Refunds & Exchanges

Refund policy applies only to internet and phone orders. You may return any new, unworn shoes in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery receipt for exchange or refund.

Please note: no refunds on Sale items - eligible for exchange only. Handbags and Shoe Accessories may not be returned unless agreed prior to purchase.

If you are wanting to exchange your shoes you will need to include a spare self addressed paid Parcel Post Satchel to send your next pair.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
