Free post Australia Wide, limit of one pair (2nd pair $10)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Refund policy applies only to internet and phone orders.
• If you wish to return your shoes for a refund or exchange they must be received back with us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please let us know of your need to return your shoes before sending by email info@georgiesbridalshoes.com.au
• They must be returned to us in the same perfect condition that they were dispatched in with all packaging in tact including bags, tissue paper etc.
• Return post must be paid by yourself.
• If you are exchanging your shoes please include an extra self addressed paid post bag when returning the original item.
• Refunds will be given using the same method of payment originally used to purchase the goods.
• Handbags may not be returned or exchanged unless agreed prior to purchase.
